Singing bowls also known as Himalayan Bowls, are used in music therapy, sound healing and religious ceremonies traced back in use since 10th AD. In Buddhist practices, they are played to signal the beginning and the end of silent meditation cycles. Tibetan bowls emit very pure tones, close to sine waves.
The body fluid and energy will be adjusted and rebalanced with singing bowl unique sound and vibration. Combining with meditation technique, helps one to detoxify negative energy and declutter stuck flow within one's body to achieve the relax state of mind and soul.
Singing bowls will also help to activate one's self healing mechanism, especially useful for long-term physical injuries or pain symptoms.
Minutes will teach on the meditation technique for students with different level of meditation, and will be playing singing bowls for the full session to help bringing students to the meditative state alongside detoxing negative frequencies and thoughts in body.
